This is the best upper and lower workout that I've ever done and I've done a lot! It includes the following: A 4 minute warmup, a 20 minute lower body workout plus stretching and a 20 minute upper body workout plus stretching. This DVD works all the muscles of your upper and lower body. Kathy goes through her workout giving tips and proper posture advice. She's a great fitness instructor! Normally I do a 30-40 minute step workout followed by one workout on this DVD, alternating days of upper and lower body.
