I'm on a Kathy Smith kick, using three of her DVDs, and I find them all very effective. Tummy Trimmers is the most targeted and the easiest. I like the simplicity of the 'everyday moves' though I must say I don't move in these ways generally. But this isn't the traditional crunch approach, and I find it very effective. The six choices on this DVD add variety so you can mix and match the different targeted workouts. Enjoy!
