I purchased this video when my old exercise bike wore out. I planned to get a new bike, but thought the video would be useful until then to keep up my aerobic workout three days a week. It took me a few weeks to learn all the steps and get used to this workout, but it was fun. Although, I now have a new bike, I still plan to use the video one day a week for variety.

I have a messed up knee and was looking for something that would involve moving without stressing the joint. This routine is pretty basic but works for this purpose. The production values are average and the "banter" is pretty lame.
