Review of La Boheme sung by Luciano Pavarotti

I purchased this CD to give as a gift to visiting relatives from Europe. They wanted to attend an opera at the Met but the season was over by the time they arrived. Heard from them that they loved the CD. Will be purchasing this CD for myself very shortly. Bookworm1FG

    Incredible

Two Pavarotti "La Boheme" DVDs. This is the one done in China. Both are incredible. In this one, I believe, Pavarotti is a little better. "Che gelida manina" brings down the house. The other one, well.....Mirella Freni brings such feeling to Mimi and her death scene breaks your heart. I own them both and love them both. I couldn't possibly decide between the two if I could only have one.
