When Lucifer realizes that Hope's soul is incorruptible, he banishes her to the deepest depths of the netherworld, where she attempts to free the souls of her loved ones. Soon joining forces with the outcast Cremator as well as Vassago and the Nameless Wolves, Hope transforms into the fearsome Lady Death and returns to the gates of Hell to do battle with The Lord of the Flies himself.
