Overview

Compelling, award-winning, and provocative, Law & Order SVU tracks down some of its most stunning sexual crimes ever in all 22 hard-hitting episodes from its eighth year (2006-7). Mariska Hargitay (Det. Olivia Benson) and Christopher Meloni (Det. Elliot Stabler) delve deeper into emotionally raw cases ripped from the headlines. Along for the ride is newcomer Connie Nielsen, who joined SVU for a limited run while Hargitay was on maternity leave. From producer Dick Wolf comes more of the spellbinding show in which victims can also be perpetrators and there's often a blurry line between right and wrong.

As all of the SVU shows, this DVD is great. I can pop it in my DVD player and watch them over and over.
