This movie is great for all children, and does well with remaking a classic sitcom into a 90's film. The changes made from the original to the newer version are believable, yet Beaver stays the same. Eddie is still as sleazy as ever and the plot fits the era. No movie remake could ever meet up to the quality of Leave it to Beaver (the sitcom) but I, a young fan of the show, argue it is one of the best kid's movie of the late 1990's.

I never really watched the tv show Leave it to beaver but the movie is cool I'ts a remake Now it's the year of 1997 Wally is a nice kid and the Beaver is too well except getting into trouble Eddie is the sleazy trouble maker but he's pretty cool Wally goes out with Karen a very pretty girl Even Eddie likes her This is a great movie and what makes it even bettter is how I'ts not like the 50's I'ts more like the 90's
