pretty good for low impact. I have a bad knee and it only hurt a little during the jumping but she offers an alternate for that. The 2 miles went fast!!! I worked up a sweat and didn't realize it til I looked at my sweat soaked t shirt in the mirror. The first floor exercise was great. The second was very challenging. I am an out of shape mom who hasn't exercised in a long time and this was a nice do able video.Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
