What I love about this exercise DVD is being able to choose which workout(s) you want. The menu is set up so you can go right to the warm up and goes back to the menu where you select your exercise one at a time. Or if you have extra energy that day, the "Full Workout" includes warm up, all 5 exercises, and cool down/stretch. If you only have time for a 1 mile walk, you can choose that one exercise (warm up first) and the cool down/stretch option right afterwards. Leslie walks SOLO on all 5 exercises and guides you in every leg lift, leg squat, walk in place, side step, and more.
NO stretchie bands, light hand weights, walk belt, etc. required for this DVD. You do work out a sweat after 2 or more miles.
Leslie walks in her studio. The background music is not too loud so you can hear her instructions clearly and easily. BTW there is NO Music Only option. That's ok with me.

I've lost 20 pounds (so far) using Leslie's exercise DVDs. Her walking DVDs REALLY WORKS! :-)

Absolutley think that this workout is great. I combine different miles daily to focus on the different target areas - I also try to complete the entire workout at least once a week. Since this is a new workout for me I am presently focusing on this DVD but plan to incorporate my other Leslie workouts in the upcoming winter months. I highly recommend this workout.

This video gives a terrific workout. It really creates a good sweat and and being 60 with including this video at the end of my workout I am up to 2-1/2 hours of exercising 4 days a week. This is a great workout and easy to follow and do as much as you want to.

One of the most useful DVD's I have found so far. I have health concerns that limit the stress I can put on joints but, I can still work up the heart rate with this DVD. The proper warm-ups and cool downs, with stretches are also good. My doctor recommended that I get 30 minutes a day (with 1 day off) and I can get 30 min or 14 min 2x or more if I want. You can pace this workout to meet your needs any day of the week. Do as much as you want or work on specific area.

This has quickly become one of my favorite DVD's from Leslie. You can do 1 mile up to 5 with an emphasis on different areas. Before I did this one for the 1st time, I mistakenly thought I wouldn't get a good workout because there are no weights, stretchies or cords used. I was wrong! I do 2-3 miles mixing them up..even repeating the same mile occasionally. I'm a fan of Leslie alone and with a group... Keeps me interested. Try it!

I've enjoyed this walk at home video, because 2 miles or 3 miles day or all 5 miles. You can feel the difference and see the results. Walking is my preferred method of exercising.

This is my favorite of her DVDs. The moves are easy and you get a good workout. I like being able to choose to do just one mile or more. Sansone also gives very specific instructions and provides alternative moves. I have several of hers, but this one is my favorite.
