    It's over an hour!

I have a number of Leslie's workouts. I feel this one is one of the best yet. I prefer to do all 5 miles at once, when I have that much time. I choose this on my alternate days of working out. This is the "easy" one. While doing this workout, I turn the volume down and listen to my own music, now that I have the moves memorizes. I think Leslie talks a bit too much during the whole routine. I still enjoy it though.

5 Mile Fat Burning Walk is great

After being sick for several months I wanted to get back into exercising. A friend of mine has been working out with the 'walk' dvds and she loves them. So I bought this one and love it. It gives you a great work out that doesn't get boring plus time goes by fast.

    Love these tapes

I have been a fan of Leslie's for many years. I highly recommend this tape and all of her tapes. Some people can't stand leslie's jabber, but her new tapes give you the option for music only and no talking. So take a walk with Leslie today.

Exercise from 1 to 5 mile increments

Easy to follow steps. Gives a good workout. Can do anywhere from 1 to 5 miles depending on how many miles you're geared up for. Leaves you with a feeling of accomplishment when you're finished.

    Another favorite from Leslie

I have just recently started walking with Leslie. The variety her DVD's offer is outstanding. I like this format..choose 1 mile up to 5; some with a group, some with Leslie alone. It's up to you. You can boost the intensity by light jogging, using arm movements, taking bigger steps. Walking is great exercise and low impact. High impact movements will strain your joints after a while. It IS possible to get a fat-burning, heart pumping workout with these DVD's. They are just what I need to keep my heart healthy and my weight down.

Five Miles in 63 Minutes - Fantastic!

I've used several of Leslie's DVD's and recommend this one highly. I wish the same group stayed throughout the entire five miles instead of changing with each mile, but other than that - it's very effective and fast! The total time listed on DVD cover includes a story about one of the walkers that lost over 100 lbs, but the five miles are completed in 63 minutes.

    Definately recommend!

I love Leslie. She is very motivating. Great instructor. Her walk at home programs are wonderful. I like the length of the 5 mile walk, but I feel that compared to some of the 3 mile walks, you don't do as many moves to change it up and keep you working really hard. The last two minutes of each mile where you pump it up is great, though. I do like how the people change every mile, so when you are getting fatigued you feel like you got a second wind starting back at the beginning of mile.
I am a runner and hard core high intensity interval training fan, but i like these when I just want some good old fashioned low impact cardio.
