Her walking exercise DVDs are perfect for me. I used to lead an active lifestyle when I was much younger, and I've never enjoyed jogging in the heat or running on the treadmill. Walking has always been my form of exercise, and I prefer to exercise indoors. Her 3 miles are fun and the time goes by fast. I have a variety of her exercise DVDs and rotate them.
Here is another good 3 mile walking DVD from Leslie. I like using the walk belt. My back is supported, the arm movements add intensity and I am reminded to tighten my abs. This one is neither too hard nor too easy. The 2nd mile is definitely the most intense. The 3rd mile is quite a bit slower, so this one would be good for beginners.
Somewhat disappointing, not as challenging as I had hoped. Other Leslie Sansone DVD's are a better bet.
I love Leslie and have never found her annoying until this video. She talks for the entire work out and sometimes doesn't cue very well because she is so busy talking and giggling. The workout is good though and I like that she changes up some of the moves a bit.
