This is the easiest and least boring exercise program I've ever tried, plus it's helping me with my upper back and neck problems by strengthening the muscles that support those area. The best part is that I've also lost 10 pounds in one month.
I started walking with Leslie about 3 years ago to get in shape for my son's wedding. I love her motivation for everyone and her honesty. She has people in the DVD that need to work out and people who already have been working out. She has young and older people, men and women, she is an all around healthy living and nice person. I would buy all of her DVDs if I could, I do already have about 6 of them to change up my walking. I have tried others and find hers to be easy to follow and you get a good workout! Thank you so much Leslie for caring about other people's health and happiness.
This is a great workout. It will really get your heart rate up. I can really feel it working my arms and ads. Definately a must have if you are a WATP fan.
I have tried many other video's, and I always come back to Leslie. I can actually get a good workout without being frustrated by not keeping up. This is a great one, can feel it in my abs!
Her music and high energy keeps you going. Great workout. Prefer hers over anyone elses.
