This was the first workout video I purchased while recovering from a major illness. It had basic steps that were easy to learn and as out of shape as I was, it proved to be challenging. One of the things I liked about it is the people are not all eye candy. The extras in the video appeared to be people working at losing weight and getting healthy too. If you are a man, there is a "common joe" in this video, and that can help you relate at least a bit. On the downside, once you've seen this video a few times you may find the mute button to be welcome. Even with that, it is a great starter workout.
