I was very disappointed in this video. I have used Leslie's DVDs in the past and wanted a new routine to mix into my workouts. First of all, the cardio is for beginners. I did not even break a sweat and she is off on some of her transitions (poor cueing). The strength is better but you need weights to fully feel the burn. My biggest disappointment with this video is how she interacts when she has a group with her. She is very chatty in fact there is not a moment when she is not talking which does not make for a relaxing walk. Even her laugh is different when she has an audience. Thankfully this video does have the option to play music only but I have not gotten to the point that I can change based on the music only. It is comprised of her four basic steps with a few new ones mixed in (cha chas and skater). I did not notice any improvement in how I felt after this video. In fact, I often would put in a second DVD so I would at least feel like I had gotten some exercise. I would really like to find a few new DVDs by Leslie but this one really missed the mark for me. Plus, the 30 minutes include a warm up and cool down (minus any stretching) so I really don't feel that I walked for 30 minutes. There are no mile markers and she never says anything about distance.
