Leslie Sansone: Walk Diet contains two different workouts by the exercise guru. The first is a basic one-mile walk designed to help those with a low level of physical fitness. The two-mile workout requires a higher level of fitness, but can easily be completed after a period of time performing the one-mile workout.

I bought this DVD because, with summer approaching, I need a cooler alternative to walking outdoors everyday. Also, friends and family have given Leslie Sansone's other DVDs good reviews. I did the 2 mile segemnt of this workout for the first time today. The program was easy to follow and easily adjustable to meet individual fitness levels. I plan to continue using the DVD but to do the 1 mile and 2 mile segments consecutively to get a bit longer workout. (I'm trying to drop some pounds and need more activity.) I am also buying a copy of this DVD for my mother who is in her early 60s. She is an avid walker and also needs a summer alternative to walking outdoors. She can modify the intensity to suit her fitness level.
I have been doing Leslie Sansone video for 2 years and I have managed to keep 60 lbs off. All her videos are great for indoor exercise.
I love this walking dvd. I like that it has the one mile or two miles. I had bought this dvd in 2005, it help me lose weight,along with eating healthier. I let my neice borrow it, and she lost it, so I had to order another this year. I sometimes get tired of the talking, and I put my ipod on while i'm exercising to this dvd.
