    I Also Recommend:

Every household in the United States ought to have this

I highly recommend this imaginative and inspiring presentation of the American Revolution. It has the excellent running commentary that you have come to expect from PBS's American Experience series. What is truly wonderful is they have their actors speaking the very words of each historical person presented. One gets a real feel for these people (on both sides) and the situation they found themselves in. This is a true treasure.
