The workout is just over 20 minutes long and can be done on its own, but the best results are achieved when combining Power Flexibility Yoga with the other two video tapes in the series, Power Strength Yoga and Power Stamina Yoga for a full 90-minute workout, or by alternating the programs daily. ~ Heather M.
