    Lord Peter strikes again!

This DVD is of the first two Lord Peter Whimsey mysteries. Clouds of Witness finds Peter trying to help when his brother, Gerald, is accused of murder. Introduces Bunter and Chief Inspector Parker, who join with Peter in the case. The Unpleasantness at the Bellona Club, finds Peter faced with a multi-layered mystery when General Fentiman is found dead in his armchair. The acting is at a very high level, and Ian Carmichael is perfect as Lord Peter.

    Lord Peter Wimsey Mysteries

I have always enjoyed Dorthy Sayers books, and was delighted to find out that the BBC's Masterpiece Theatre had finally make a few of her classics into feature films. Ian Carmichael is wonderful in the title role. I am absolutely delighted with this and cannot wait for Series 2 to be released.
