    more from this reviewer

The book was great!-The movie is awful!!!

I have read Loving Evangeline quite a few times. I am a big fan of Linda Howards romantic mysteries. I was hoping for a really good movie. I just finished watching it and I hated it so much I had to write my first movie review on Bn.com (I have reviewed books before). It is nothing like the book! Robert, the male lead is sexy and in his thirties in the book. In the movie he is a grizzled, old looking gray haired balding man with a paunch. Evie is a virgin and beautiful in the book. Here she was married for a few years and is plain looking and boring. The only resemblance to the book in the movie is that Robert Cannon suspects her of selling his companies software for profit. Everything else is changed and not for the better. I would only recommend this movie to an enemy-stay away!

    Good movie and acting

Bought this for Nick Mancuso's performance. Kelly Rowan is good in it also.
