This is another classic Eastwood movie. It is not the same as Dirty Harry, but just as good. Noone except Clint Eastwood could pull this off.

Nothing could come close to the unbelievably violent (for its time) Dirty Harry with a sequel. Going after "dirty cops" excuse the pun, after they kill many punks because of the liberalized courts of the 70's, it doesn't carry the weight of the anger and rage towards the buearcracy or the Establishment in the 1970's.
