This is a losely based movie on the musical, by the same name, of the
life of Doris Troy of "Just One Look" fame. Amara was the name
in this movie given to "Doris" as a stage name. Had it held
true to the life and musical of Troy, it would have been exceptional
with the excellent cast of characters.
