    Best DVD ever!

    I bought my Yogalosophy DVD about 9 months ago and I can tell you that it has changed my life. Mandy's program incorporating yoga with toning and strengthening exercises is brilliant. Having worked out my entire life doing various regimens from kick boxing to lifting weights, I have found my body toned and sculpted in ways I never experienced before. It has also given me a real appreciation for yoga which I continue to practice daily. Thank you Mandy...I only wish you were in Cleveland, so I could enjoy your class in person....now the only problem is we need more.

    Treat Your Own Knee Arthritis

    Knee Pain

    Also suggest "Treat Your Knee Arthritis" if you have knee pain that interferes with your workout.

    Holy shoot!

    I don't think I've ever loved yoga so much, 'tis bliss! This chick is not only hilarious, but I feel the burn too and it is great! She has also given me a new and improved prospective on life and myself. Rock on! :)

    Excellent DVD. Enjoyable, and really works. The 30 minute work

    Excellent DVD. Enjoyable, and really works. The 30 minute workout is effective, but short enough that you can almost always find time to do it.

    I really enjoyed this DVD - it was fun, I worked up a sweat - just an enjoyable work out. I hope there are more DVD's from Ms Ingber in the future.
