Marty's back doing what he does best

A welcome new anthology of one of the all time great American vocalists. All of his big hits culled from a variety of sources interspliced with home movie footage of Marty with family and behind the wheel of his stock car. Ronny Robbins, Merle Haggard and Barbara Mandrell all talk about the great man on the d.v.d. 'El Paso', 'Singing the Blues', 'Maybellene', 'Tonight Carmen', and 'You gave me a mountain' are all here plus many more but a bonus is Marty's great version of 'You'll never walk alone' which he never recorded. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it has mostly been seen before on other collections but nevertheless, it's always great to have anything from someone who was undoubtedly a once in a lifetime talent.
