    The future is now

Twenty five years ago, this film would have been labeled science fiction. Today, we have all the technology to put whatever is not in place now, into effect. It chillingly shows how far a government can go in its supposed desire to protect us from our "enemies", by curtailing our personal privacy and freedoms. There are several plots and subplots, including 2 brothers in love with the same woman, government sposored bio-medical terrorism, and others. It is exciting and frighteningly real.
