    Awesome Kundalini Yoga workout!

    I am new to Kundalini Yoga - but have practiced hatha, ashtanga, etc. for many years. This dvd is a wonderful workout. I see there is only one other review and it is a "2" - I don't know why unless the reviewer was expecting a different type of yoga. Kundalini Yoga's focus is different, but you will end feeling completely destressed, wide awake and naturally high. It is a completely different type of yoga and I have noticed huge differences in my life, emotionally, physically, and mentally after just practicing for a few weeks. I feel like I have worked my body on three levels when utilizing Kundalini Yoga, and to a depth I have not experienced with the traditional tapes/classes that are out there - but in a much more elegant way. Maya Fiennes resonance is wonderful.

    This was totally new to me. It is a different focus than other yoga dvds. I felt wonderful after the first time through it. This is one I look forward to doing everyday.
