MEDITATION PREPARATION
A gentle seated practice with Rodney Yee helps prepare the body for meditation. Using yoga postures and breathing techniques, you will stretch your thighs and back and open your hips. A great way for beginners to become comfortable and focused. (10 minutes)

REFRESH THE MIND
Gentle yoga awakens the body and mind and prepares you to fall into this peaceful guided meditation session. Rodney Yee shows you how to turn your thoughts inward to deep stillness and relaxation. (23 minutes)

MINDFUL MEDITATION
