Must Get for a Woman on the Go

I rotate between yoga and pilates in the morning and running in the evenings and have a busy work schedule. This video is best for those on the go. You'll get a great workout in just 15 mins. and can rotate the workouts on different days if you don't have an hour. Plus, Kries gets straight to the point, which is a plus if you already know the basic moves and don't need repeated direction.

    breathe, burn & sweat

I have never been this enthusiastic about a workout video. I just finished it (still with increased heart & respiratory rate) and I cannot wait to do it again. Jennifer is an excellent guide: I enjoyed her instructions, personality, and I liked the way she paced the workout. Now, not every single move is cued, therefore position your mat so you can peek in the beginning. You may choose to do the entire workout at once or pick a section off the menu (abs, arms, hips or thighs). It is a really enjoyable blend of yoga, pilates & ballet. Even when you are working the lower body, the ballet poses force you to tone your arms & shoulders. If you are looking for a quick & dirty but you like to feel the burn and like you've accomplished a lot in one hour (each section is 15 minutes) - this is definitely for you!
