Just what I expected from Michael Palin!

Three of my favorite things in one DVD. The Himalayas, trekking and Michael Palin travel video. Michael Palin is a master at capturing the feeling of real travel. It's not always pretty, it's not always convenient but it is always an adventure. You get to see the beauty of the trip, his challenges, his great achievements and you know that you could do this as well someday. He adds humor and a great deal of knowledge of the people and region whenever he travels. I love all of his videos, but this one is my favorite by far. If you have never seen any of his travel work, see 'Around the World in 80 Days' and the 'Himlaya'. They are the best examples of Michael Palin!
