The trio meet for the first time at Mont Saint Michel, a medieval French abbey. Each is suffering misgivings about pivotal life choices; Sonia questions the role of ethics in her work, Jack harbors fears over the government's attitude toward the environment, and Thomas' wariness over an increasingly conservative society has prompted a permanent move to France. The question haunting all three: What now?

    A treasure!

A truly amazing film, incredibly stimulating and intellectual without requiring an advanced vocabulary. It is as germane to today's problems as it was when it was filmed. It has led me to begin my own personal mindwalk.

Don't Let Mediocre Reviews Fool You - THIS IS AMAZING.

Though it suffers from little press, and an even more discouraging casset cover, Mindwalk is an EXPERIENCE everyone must undertake. Though I do not consider myself a spiritual person in the least, I have found myself becomming a Mindwalk evnagalist, recommending it to anyone who will listen, as this move addresses the questions a responsible society SHOULD be asking itself. What is our role in the universe? How does one remedy the status quo? Furthermore, is ignorance bliss? What affect do our actions have on our surroundings? On this highly intellectual, STIMULATING journey through the reality of the world, the viewer will actually feel his/her mind WALKING. A truly enlightening experience. Buy a copy for yourself and another to loan to your friends. Simply AMAZING.
