Overview

Can the class brain find happiness as a supermodel? That's the question posed in this made-for-TV movie that offers a modern-day variation on The Prince and the Pauper. Alex Burrows (Maggie Lawson) is a shy, bookish teenager who has a crush on Eric (Jesse Nilsson), a football player and one of the most popular boys in her class, but she lacks the confidence to talk to him. Meanwhile, Janine Adams is a successful teen fashion model whose life is dominated by her overbearing mother Deirdre (Kathie Lee Gifford); Janine would like to live like a normal teenager for a change, and wishes her mother would stop trying to fix her up with fellow model Jason Sharp (Justin Timberlake). As it happens, Alex looks exactly like Janine when she takes her glasses off, and after they meet by chance at a book signing catered by Alex's father, the two girls decide to swap identities for a while, with each getting an interesting perspective on how the other half lives. Model Behavior, which premiered as a special episode of the TV series The Wonderful World of Disney, marked the acting debut of Justin Timberlake, a member of the top-selling pop group 'N Sync.

    really cute movie

This movie is a great one. I thought it was kind of pointless at first, but then I started liking it more, and decided to order it. It does send a really good lesson across.. that the grass isn't always greeneer on the other side. Both Alex and Janine learn this as they switch lives for a week.

    EXCELLENT Movie!!!

I really enjoyed this movie. It's a Disney Channel movie but it's still very good. I don't like Timerlake, but in this movie he's not playing himself so it's good. It protrays teens and how they see other tenns very well. It's a very well acted and written movie.

    Love The Movie!

I really like this movie, and it helps that 'NSYNC's Justin Timberlake is in it (I'm a HUGE fan of 'NSYNC!). It also has a special message in the video: the grass isn't always greener on the other side, meaning that what you want may end up being exactly what you don't want, like how Alex thinks being a model is such a glam business, and Jason Sharp end up dumping her, and she loses a big job. I really like this movie, and it is SO worth your money!
