After exploring the worlds of toys and bugs in the two Toy Story films and A Bug's Life, the award-winning computer animation company Pixar delves into the realm of monsters with its fourth feature. Hulking, blue-furred behemoth James P. "Sully" Sullivan (John Goodman) and his one-eyed assistant Mike Wazowski (Billy Crystal) are employed by Monsters, Inc., a scream processing factory. It seems that the denizens of their realm thrive on the screams of kids spooked by monsters lurking under their beds and in their closets. It's the job of Sully, Mike, and their co-workers, including sarcastic Randall Boggs (Steve Buscemi), crab-like CEO Henry J. Waternoose (James Coburn), and lovely snake-headed receptionist Celia (Jennifer Tilly) to keep the frights flowing. When Sully and Mike are followed back into the monster world by a very unafraid little human girl named Boo (Mary Gibbs), they are exiled to her universe, where they discover that such a modern-day mythological specimen as the Abominable Snowman is a fellow refugee.

Great animated story.
I saw the movie four times and cried everytime! I thought it was very sweet how Sulley took care and got really attached to Boo!
This movie was a GREAT movie and I would highly suggest it for anybody who has kids. I personally have no kids but laughed all the way through. Definitely recommend it for anybody.
I enjoyed this movie as much as my children. There needs to be more movies like Monster's Inc. out for the whole family to enjoy . No vilence, harsh language etc. that is REAL family T.V.
Everyone should see this! It is so great and has a great storyline. John Goodman and Billy Crystal are awesome as Mike and Sully. A Must!
This one is definitely a ''must buy'' movie. Disney performs their magic once again, great annimation, full of laughs, and a fantastic storyline! One you will want to watch over and over again.
With all the hoopla surrounding Shrek's release on DVD, I think this one got lost in the shuffle. This is one I am definitely adding to my library!! The subtlety of the humor is great, especially for anyone who has ever raised children. Great for all audiences.
Incredibly inovative. Remarkably funny. Great movie!
No other movies can make my heart warmed than gMonsters, Inc.h This movie is made by Disney Company. Disney movies are always fantastic, but I thunk it is one of the most fantasic movies. When I saw a monster who is the hero of this movie save a human child from bad monsters, I felt the bonds of friendship. I was moved by this scene. However, I wasn't moved keenly, but brightly. This is because this movie is comedic. The fantasy and the imrpession were mixed and my heart was warmed by this mix.
I thought that this movie was absolutely WONDERFUL!!!! Monsters Inc. certainly didn't get the atention that it deserved while that not so great movie Shrek was out. I highly recamend this movie for anyone, any age.
