I'm suprised to be the first one writing a review for this. Everyone I know who has used this loves it, myself included. I started using this w/ minimal experience w/ pilates (but am an avid yoga practicioner). The variety of poses for different levels means that its hard to tire of it. With each set of moves there's just about always some little tweak you can do to make the move considerably more challenging. I've been using this DVD fairly regularly for about 4 mos. and I'm still not sick of it. The mix and match your own workout feature is not so great though. It chops up the existing 30 min workouts and frequently does not flow. You'll be on the floor at the end of a move and have two seconds to get up and into some standing position when it switches. But the 30 min workouts are good enough that you won't miss this feature.
