This is another one I recommend. It is a great workout. I can't do everything, It's tough. There is variety and it's at a good pace. Sure hope they make more DVDs for us.

This is a wonderful DVD, however, I would say it's more for the beginner yogi (1-3 years of practice) I would highly recommend this dvd if your beginning students want to work on going deeper with their home practice however, as a yoga teacher and practitioner for over 10 years, I wouldn&#8217 t say that this dvd helps me go &#8220 deeper&#8221 into my postures. I would recommend checking out Tamara&#8217 s Yoga Fusion as well.
