    Easy to follow

This is a great choice for beginning to moderate yoga students. The instructor provides great tips on how to maximise your poses while keeping yur body in balance. There are multiple students on the video to increase your options in level for each pose.

best yoga workout I have ever tried

i'm very new to yoga and i was worried that i would not be able to do most of this video since i have very bad knees. but i was able to do most of the poses and each time i do this video, i get better at it. it's really amazing.

    Not Your Traditional Yoga

If you find run-of-the-mill yoga too slow or not intense enough, definitely try this one. The music to the poses is unbelievable; I did the video at home in my living room with surround sound that intensified the beats, invigorating the entire workout. You finish feeling exercised yet not exhausted and the whole thing takes about 35 minutes tops once you get into the pattern of the poses.

    Totally refreshing yoga workout

The fact that there are 3 people at different levels (begginer, intermediate, advanced) gives you the flexibility to progress after you become better. The music is great, very energizing and relaxing. I recommend it completely!

    so-so

This is a more advanced yoga workout. I didn't like the fact that you have to do 10 different postures in 5 breaths. I prefer to hold one pose for 5 breaths. I like the portion of the video that comes after the workout - the instructor goes through some of the most difficult postures in great detail. If you get this, i recommend just watching it first, then doing it.

    Great for Newcomers!

I have just begun yoga, I needed something that I could practice inside while it is cold out. I wasn't sure that I would like Yoga so I decided to try the MTV Yoga because it was supposed to be faster paced. I really get a good workout from this one. And I like it a lot.
