    Good CD

    The CD is good for motivation and easy to follow. But, the pedometer was way to difficult to program and difficult to read - the categories were too small to see.

    Great Pedometer!

    Very easy to use, lots of fun features like a stop watch and the heart rate monitor is awesome. Definitely not a feature you see on pedometers often. It's also the perfect size, not too big , not too small. And I've found it to be very accurate.
