Average picture quality, but magnificent performance

Video quality is what you might expect from a performance filmed in 1984, (at least as viewed on a HDTV). (The absolute best opera DVD that I've SEEN is Puccini's Turandot on the TDK label.) But this performance of Nabucco is simply wonderful. (You will need a first rate audio system to capture the grandeur of this performance.) I'm very glad that I purchased this DVD.
