    Good Beginers Equipment Kit

    Buying the set really save you money but the DVD is not the best. It is better if you were to buy a seperate DVD.

    Good beginner's yoga kit

    This kit includes a good quality GAIAM yoga mat, block, and strap for yoga beginners. The dvd that is included is not as good as Rodney Yee's Yoga for Beginners or A.M. Yoga, so you may consider purchasing a dvd to go with your new kit. Plan to purchase a mat strap or bag if you intend to travel or go to yoga classes away from home. Namaste.
