    Disappointing

I was expecting a NYC Ballet workout, but this was more a video snapshot of a few floor exercises. Very slow, slow and slowly not challenging. I was at least hoping for an intermediate level work out, this was way below my expectation. The only good part was the artistic way it was shot, but not a "work out" video for anyone serious. Can I return this? Look for it on the thrift store shelf.

    Knee Pain

Also suggest "Treat Your Knee Arthritis" if you have knee pain that interferes with your workout.

excellent workout and stretch for the entire body

I have used it for nearly a year and it helped strenghten my body a lot. I am a beginner so it is challenging for me. I would recommend it to anyone who loves ballet and would like a daily workout routine.
