Here's good Boos for Nickelodeon fans looking to get scared silly this Halloween: 108 minutes of hauntingly hilarious cartoons from Nick's most popular animated series. Bookending this collection are toons from Nick's two top-rated series, Spongebob Squarepants ("Scaredy Pants") and The Fairly OddParents ("Scary Godparents"). From Rugrats comes the hair-raising "Curse of the Werewuff," in which witchy Anjelica convinces the babies that whatever they dress up as on Halloween is what they'll turn into "for real." The Rocket Power gang imagine alien invasions and scare up an outrageous prank in "It Came from Planet Merv" and "Netherworld Night." And in "Arnold's Halloween" from Hey Arnold!, Arnold and friends are determined to convince Grandpa and his cronies that Halloween is too much fun to be left to the adults. To quote Grandpa from Hey Arnold!, Halloween is an occasion "to scare the living daylights out of everyone until they scream bloody murder and beg for mercy." Happily, none of these cartoons go that far. They are just frightfully good fun.-
