I finally found a workout I look forward to doing. This workout is quick and targeted. The balance ball adds a different challenge and fun to pilates. After only two weeks, I can see improvement in muscle tone in my abs, legs, and butt. I look forward to future DVD's by Lizbeth with intermediate and advanced levels. I definitely recommend this one for beginners or people with time constraints.

i finally found a video that works for me and you do see results in as little as 2 weeks so long as you follow a corect diet and exercise i recommend this video
