terrific movie musical - a real gem!

I'd seen Anthony Rapp in RENT, so I got OPEN HOUSE on Netflix - I wasn't expecting much, but was blown away by how original, funny and just really committed everyone in the cast and crew seemed to be. Yes, it's a real estate musical so there's a lot of great real estate humor in it - but there's also some really touching moments about what our relationship is to our homes and what makes a house a home. Trust me, this movie will affect you more than you'll expect. And the songs are incredibly clever and very memorable (if you're like me, you'll have a hard time getting them out of your head). oh, and Anthony is great in the movie - definitely a different side of him than we saw in REnt.
