Great Film! This is a great film that students love! Acting is excellent, wonderful adaptation! If you like Shakespeare, you must see this... great ending too!

Don't skip this version because you think you know the story. The concept and the setting are completely contemporary yet fit the story perfectly. Eammon Walker is ideal as John Othello. He gets to run the whole range of emotions and they all feel genuine. If you thought Christopher Eccleston was an evil &*% in Elizabeth, you haven't seen anything yet. His portrayal of Ben Jago makes this production. The other actors also give fine performances but these two are the center. Highly recommended.
