Pay It Forward

so sad....

so sad, yet such a beautiful/great story line! this movie inspires you to help other people, and to let you know that, what the world needs now is love, SWEET love! i mean, i was inspired to start the chain of PAY it FORWARD! that's how much the movie moved me. yes, mr. haley joel osment does it again! that boy is so talented. he is one of my favorite young child actors. kevin spacey, and helen hunt, great job as well guys!

Great movie! I'd like to know who sang the song "Calling All Angels" at the end of the movie.

4 Thumbs Down. Yes I got a friend to lend me his thumbs...

This movie was horrible. Everything about the production was wrong. The storyline shifted and turned, the characters were not fully developed, and the monotonous undertone was boring, unexciting, and lackluster. This movie is the epitome of immoral and useless filmmaking.

Must see movie

This was one of the best movies I have watched in a while. It would be wonderful if we could all give this a try.

I just saw this movie on television. Wonderful movie.Coming on again tonight and plan to watch it. I wonder how i missed this movie until now. Spacey and Hunt excellent. Buy it, or rent it --must see

this was a wonderful film that set an example to my children. it showed that even the smallest people can do the greatest things. i reccoment this picture, and it is a movie that ALL will enjoy.

Find Faith in the world

POay it Forward is a movie filled with the real world. IT tells of a family with problems, things that ruin many lives. This movie tell sof one boy who holds more faith in people and the world they live in than one thousand people do. His faith changes the lives of thouseand of people. Yet happiness always has the dark sadness somewhere around the corner. If you watn a movie that helps you get a glimpse of life and the world, then this is your movie.

sooo boring

the only good part of the movie was when sidney was talking (it was sorta funny) but the rest of the movie was boring

Pay it Forward was so corny and the boy (trevor) made it even cornier by cursing and whining...et cetera. also, the teacher had a whiny voice and the mom was still an idiot even though she gave up drinking. why do people even make these movies?

Haley Joel Osment rocked this movie!

Haley Joel Osment was wonderful in thhis movie and the best for it. It was so sad at the end though, it is a truly great movie and it is worth watching it over and over again.

boring and repetitive

it was boring and it didn't have a good plot. also, the not all the messages it taught were necessarily good (!!!). Lastly, the kid looked about 8 or 9 and he was supposed to be 11.

A rare drama, touching, but not sappy.

I watched Pay It Forward at my friend's house, and I was truly touched by it. A simple, yet inspirational. Most movies don't make me particularly sad, but the ending of this one did. This movie did inspire an organization called 'Pay It Forward'. I can't really think of anything else to say, others have said it for me. Thank you for your time. PS: This movie was touching for me, and I normally don't watch this type of movie.

Haley Joel Osment does it Again!

This movie was very touching. Haley Joel Osment is out of the ballpark once again as a home-run record breaker. I loved his first movie, THE SIXTH SENSE, I loved A.I.: Artificial Intelligence, and I love Seccondhand Lions, which got an award of exellency. The only thing that bothers me is why doesn't everyone use this chain reaction? It's so simple, but everyone in the world is fighting over every tiny thing, especially the Middle-East of this world. You may be thinking: Oh, it's jsut a movie with a crazy idea, but here's the thing: Try IT! Anything is possible. I'm a fourth grader going deeper. Anyway, it's about Trevor McKinney getting a soulful idea for the social studies project in seventh grade, when he's eleven. He starts a chain reaction of goodness that goes something like this: This is me. This is three other people. I help them. Instead of paying it back, each of these individuals pays it forward to three more people, and on and on and on. Soon it spreads global warmth in the heart. The ending was sadder then I could imagine. Great movie, though!

everyone should see this movie

This Movie was very touching, the young generation should see this and maybe they would be able to pay it foward, this movie will make a lot of people who think there lives are not worth anything, this movie is a tear jerker, I injoyed this movie it made me reilize that I acaully have changed some person that I have csme across in the past that just talking with them have changed there lives, I'm a person that my father thought buying things for use made everything better but my life was changed when I might the love of my life, her grandfather always told here good things come to those who wait I'm telling you this because my life changed as I grew up, we had hard times raising our children but those children and my wife changed me, good things came to us alittle a time (I'm putting this in here because it changw some people minds onhow things do work out in time) it is not materal things that bring people closer to there dreams, it is a good heart, and talking to people and tell them some of your problems so they can relize how wonderful life really is made of, This Movie shows everyone that it dosnt take much to make the world change, you do'nt need alot of brains to change small things that make a very big difference. Thank You for letting me put in my reveiw.

Wha The Real Worls Shows young kids today!!

I watched this movie in my american contemporary issuses class and the movie was well acted out. i enjoyed the concept of the movie. it teaches you about what goes on in life that you think may not happen to you but you never know.

I laughed and cryed with this movie and there are few movies that can do that. This a great movie showing how life maybe should really be. If you haven't seen this movie yet, you are missing out on a great concept. Not to mention the plot is great! So get up and rent this or buy this or get the book and maybe you'll want to ''pay it forward'' as well.

i love the movie pay it forward. my favorite actor kevin spacey does a great job at his part. i love him. helen hunt was great to. i love the romantic movie.
