This is a great dvd with options. No time? No problem. Opt for one of the 15 minute mini workouts. The 40 minute full body workout is a great workout. Jackie Warner doesn't mess around! She gets you going and motivates you to get great results! This is a must have dvd!

This is a great exercise video.  I have several exercise DVDs and this is the only one I've done on a regular basis for the past couple of years.  If you haven't exercised in awhile, make sure you start out with the 15 minute workout before moving on to the 40 minute one.  I always feel great after I've done this workout!

I have a ton of workout DVDs and movies. This is the BEST! She doesn't waste time yacking, she gets right to the exercise, and you will feel it the next day! You will need hand weights, which is good since you can increase weight as you progress. Excellent workout!

If you are looking for a no-nonsense fitness dvd, then this is for you! No complicated moves, no silliness, no overly-happy instructor! Jackie is a personal trainer and you feel like you are working with a trainer. You are sweaty and tired after the workout. I barely made it through the first time, but I see progress and that is exciting!
