You will sweat out the calories with her workout. It took me about 4 attempts to get the full 30 minutes done.
I stopped the video at 5 mins the first time. try again the next morning, I stopped the video at 10 mins.
Then i try the next day to complete it and stop at 15 minutes. once I passed the 15 min mark, getting the 30 minutes was breeze.
