    I really am glad I got this. Its perfect for me right before bed. Helps me work on controlling my breathing as well as working out my abs and thighs. I really recommend it for anyone who wants something enjoyable and easy that grows with your skill.

    Gradual and Variety

    I love that this dvd has a variety of workouts at each of the three levels. I am currently on the challenging and do find it to be so. The dvd has some mistakes in it, but it's the quality of the workout that's important. I don't know about the weight loss, but my stomach muscles are definitely stronger. This was my first pilates dvd and I found it to be helpful.

    I bought this DVD on a whim and I really love it. When I'm not motivated to workout I just pop this is the DVD player and by the time that I am halfway through the anywhere from 10-30 minute workouts I am feeling energized again.
