I had never tried pilates before and this was the perfect way to begin. The workouts are great and they really work. I would defiantly recommend!
I bought this to begin pilates... Each dvd session is 30 minutes long. I start off with the lower body workout which is SO easy to do and relaxing! good warm up for the next - follow with the ab workout which is quite intense from the beginning. Doing both back to back is perfect for my routine and I already feel a difference in my body. Effective already and moves are easy to follow. I would definitely recommend.
