I have been doing yoga for about 4 years--first with an instructor, and also with videos when I can't get to class. This is a good intermediate flow workout--challenging but adaptable for different levels.

If you like vinyasa - fast-paced and challenging - yoga, this is a great dvd. It is a good intermediate level workout. It is one of the few yoga DVDs I have seen that is actually interesting to do... I usually end up going to class instead!

I love this workout. I ride bikes a lot and this helps me stay loose from day to day. I could do it every morning but no single workout does it all so I rotate through other workouts. It is not easy but very doable. No advanced moves like balances or arms/headstands are on this DVD. It took me two attempts to finish. Now I can do it without being too tired. The music is soothing as is his instruction. Half the workout is a standing series of flows and the second portion is more floor stretches and hip openers. I would give it 6 stars.

This workout moves way too quickly, hardly for a beginner. If you don't know the basic moves you will be totally lost. Even if you do it is difficult. I hurt after this work-out. I don't recommend this DVD. I wanted a DVD that would be a little more fast-paced than some other yoga I've done but this was awful. Don't buy it.

Yoga moves are fast paced and do not allow enough time for followers to complete their moves. The Instructor seems in a world of his own. It sounds like a military regimen and the instructions are barked out at a frantic pace. Its very frustrating to try this routine. I copnsider it a waste of money. Yoga should allow for calm breathing during moves. This DVD does not allow for that.
