I like this dance workout because it revs up my heart and the dances are great. Some people might not like it because it's hard to follow, but it's a learning process.

Very hard to follow due to poor instruction and cues. Moves are only repeated 2 times before adding on, making it a very choppy workout. And the music is really boring!

This is really hard to follow. They don't warn you in advance what they are going to do, so it is hard to keep up. When you are just trying to learn a new move-they zoom the camera in on her upperbody-you can't see her feet to see what she is doing! Waste of money to me.
