OK, I suppose if you do this over and over again 50 times, you may pick up some moves, but I'm too frustrated to do that. This DVD is- hands down- too difficult. You also need the memory of an elephant to remember all the moves and ultimately put them all together. AGH!
This is not a good video for anyone looking for a beginner's dance video as I was. It is too fast and moves aren't repeated slow or often enough to be learned. This is more a video for people who already know how to dance, are coordinated, and pick up moves quickly.
This video is wonderful. It is fast paced and keeps me interested. Dance videos that go very slowly have you bored after the second time that you do them! This one keeps me pumped enough to do it over and over!
